Drop Cables

Designed for quick and easy installation, Hexatronic´s Drop Cables are used to connect end users in FTTx networks as well as antenna systems in FTTA applications. Drop cables are usually a good choice for shorter distances and where there is easy access for the cable installation.

To facilitate installation and minimize attenuation when cable is installed around sharp corners, most drop cables are based on the highly bend-resistant G657A2 fiber.

The cables are available in bulk lengths as well as pre-terminated with fiber optic connectors on one or both ends.
